The pool area was enjoyable, but the room had outdated furniture.

I stayed two nights and found the place clean. The staff was active, maintaining the grounds. The hot tub was enjoyable, especially after facing winter weather back home. Although there was a mix-up at check-in, they upgraded our room without fuss, which I appreciated. The breakfast options were quite good, and we liked eating outside by the pool.

The location is just very nice for getting to the Everglades with ease and exploring so many spots around. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.
